Bella Homes is a family-owned residential construction company owned by Saul Flores Jr. and Irma Flores. Saul is a third-generation construction professional with a passion for building beautiful custom homes. He is a diligent builder whose goal is to carry out all phases of construction with quality and excellence.
What Makes Us Different
We allow the home buyer to have many options. The customer will have liberty to make many selections throughout the home construction process. Amongst the customer selections would include the following: light fixtures, cabinet design, house colors, brick/rock preference, countertops, tile/carpet, and appliances. We do not limit which color the customer would like their house to be painted or which color they would like their cabinets stained. Unlike our competitors, from floor covering to granite counter tops our customers have very many options at their fingertips. With Bella Homes the home buyer will have a home that has been built precisely to their request and personal taste.
Our Process
When building a home these are general guidelines. Knowing where you want to build your dream home would be the first step towards fulfilling your vision. If the customer does not yet own a lot; we request they begin searching for one.
The second step would be selecting a floor plan. There are many websites with floor plans online. We encourage customers to begin seeking out a floor plan online.
After these two steps have been achieved an estimate could be given. We would review the floor plan and then provide a general price for construction. At this point, we recommend the customer find a lender for the construction project. An interim loan is ideal for building a custom home on a homeowner’s lot. Many banks throughout West Texas assist with interim loans.
